TINE Server does not work

• Check if tine server process is running via ps

• Check if cshosts.csv contains the right ENS entries (in ${TINE_HOME})

• Check if at ${INTLK_CONFIG} the file config.ini exists and if it is configured correctly, it should look like this:

The following settings MUST BE INDIVIDUAL FOR EACH SYSTEM:

• intlk.tineserver.fec.exportname
• intlk.tineserver.fec.eqm

Otherwise, the ENS server will refuse the 2nd TINE server that is trying to register itself at the ENS and the TINE Server will not be reachable.

FADC Signal does not show any signal

• Check if hardware inverter is configured correctly on RIO module
• Check if adcTrigger is setup correctly
• Check if system receives a machine clock

DOOCS Server does not receive data

• Check if prosess i4ds4 is running in the Interlock system (use ps in command shell)

• Check if i4ds4.destip (in config.ini) is setup correctly

• Check if i4ds4.destport (in config.ini) is setup correctly

• Check if the doocs server is running
• Check if doocs server does have IP CHECK enable, if yes

• Check if correct pair ip address (ip of interlock system) is entered in the DOOCS property CRATE_IP_ADDR

Controller doesn't boot up

• Check, if controller fpga has firmware loaded (red led "conf" must be off)
• TBC.
